Account Deletion Request (Upass Store)

Users can request deletion of their Upass Store account and associated personal data at any time.

How to delete your account

Option 1: In-app deletion

1. Open the Upass Store app
2. Go to Settings
3. Select Delete Account
4. Confirm deletion

Option 2: Request deletion manually

If you cannot access the app, send a request to:

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Include:

1. Your registered email or phone number

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted:

1. Personal information (name, email, phone number)
2. Profile data
3. Order history
4. App activity

What may be retained

1. Transaction records required for legal or tax compliance (if applicable)

Deletion time

1. Requests are processed within 24–72 hours
